Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Customer Service RepresentativeOur agency team is expanding, and we are looking to hire the right individual to join our outstanding agency team. We are currently seeking to fulfill a full-time position in-office. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our current clients and new prospects, maintain knowledge of our products, handling renewing business and resolve escalated service issues with urgency and resolution. The Customer Service Representative position will involve answering multiple phone lines, providing customer service to agency customers, receiving and processing insurance payments for existing customers, drafting letters & reports, and other additional clerical duties as directed by the agent or associates.Responsibilities:Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient customer experience.Identify opportunities to support customers' evolving insurance needs.Handle every customer inquiry with sense of urgency and empathyHandle all incoming claim calls from customersImmediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful mannerFoster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyaltyHandle Renewal InquiresValue customer-care and retentionMaintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every dayRequirements:Property & Causality License is preferred, willing to train, licensing assistance availablePrevious customer service experience required.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.A positive and empathetic demeanor.Comfortable using various computer systems and software.Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.High school diploma or equivalent required.Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearMy team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
