Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active New York State Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with restorative nursing programs and census-driven therapy models preferred. Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation in post-acute care preferred.
