Compensation and Bonus Structure Total Compensation Package: $80,000 to $117,000 annually. Opportunity to earn more based on center size, mentorship of RBTs and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long‑term ownership in the company. BCBAs become eligible for long‑term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles are eligible. Bonus Structure Monthly Performance Bonuses: Uncapped rewards for impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign‑On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Earn bonus pay for supervising an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA. Certification Bonuses: Rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Clinical Guidance: Guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team featuring industry leaders such as Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri.
