Job Description
Front Desk/ Dental Assistant (cross-trained role)
Patent Coordination: Welcoming patients, conducting checking-ins,manage phone calls to schedule or reschedule appointments .
Insurance and Billing: Verify Insurance coverage obtain pre authorizations, process claims, and collect payments .
Clinical Support: Using dental Terminology and explain treatment plans, preparing treatment rooms.
Registered Dental Assistant: (optional) but dental experience necessary.
Hours : Office hours are Monday thru Thursday 8:00 am to 5:00pm hours are negotiable. FT/PT
Salary: $20.00 to $25.00 Depending on Experience
Job Requirements
Previous Dental Office experience is desired but not requiredAbility to project a positive, warm, and professional image
Must be articulate, detailed, and service-oriented
Demonstrate excellent communication skills
The ability to multi-task, take initiative, and anticipate needs
Able to work with our team and our patients, with humor, enthusiasm, and professionalism.
