What You’ll Do: Lead documentation and design coordination across engineering disciplines Ensure code and standards compliance through thorough research and review Collaborate with regulatory agencies throughout the permitting process Manage project communications, including meeting notes, cost estimates, and agency feedback Develop program requirements and oversee construction budgets and schedules Lead the production of construction drawings Facilitate collaboration among project teams, clients, and consultants Uphold quality control standards and conduct peer reviews of complex projects Mentor junior architectural staff and foster professional growth Advance in specialized areas such as Design, Technical Leadership, Sustainability, Project Delivery, and Construction Administration What Makes SMRT Unique: We’re a team of architects, engineers, planners, and professionals who thrive on solving complex challenges through design.
