Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active SC Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC required prior to start. Minimum of G30 clinical competency experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred. Experience with SNF documentation, Medicare G-codes, and skilled nursing evaluation and treatment planning. Ability to meet client requirement of 85% PCT (patient contact time). Willingness to work scheduled 40 hours per week on-site at a skilled nursing facility. Must provide an updated resume to be considered. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
