HIM Analyst: Chart Integrity & Data Quality

CareWell Health Medical Center is seeking a detail-oriented professional to analyze and ensure the accuracy of medical records. Responsibilities include facilitating chart completion, notifying physicians of incomplete documentation, and conducting quality checks. This position requires a High School Diploma and preferred experience in Health Information Management, alongside strong computer skills.
