QA DirectorLocation: Omaha, NE, Berkeley Heights, NJ (100% Onsite - local only no relocation)Full TimeWhat You Will Do:Manage and coach 4 direct reports and 36 indirect reports.Drive quality practices and standards across the organization.Champion the culture of quality delivery through requirements-based testing.Lead, manage and mentor large QA team.Drive growth and standards of automated testing practices.Track and report on all quality metrics at team, process and production operating levels.Make data-driven recommendations to enhance operational excellence, leading the implementation of new processes and activities.Process-oriented mindset and high degree of familiarity with modern test technologies and tools.Provides status updates and progress reports to the project team, senior leadership and strong organizational skills.
