Typical task breakdown: - Daily start up meeting, along with discussion of weeks goals, task assignment and discussion of assistance needed to complete the task. Daily follow up to remove any roadblocks that interfere with completion dates. Interaction with team: - Daily meeting and collaborative work environment. Team Structure - Current team consist of 4 controls engineers, and 1 data analyst Work environment: - Collaborative team based work environment focused on customer satisfaction. Education & Experience Required: - Years of experience: 5+ Years industrial controls engineering - Degree requirement: no, Batchelor's preferred - Do you accept internships as job experience: No Top 3 Skills PLC troubleshooting and programming. Network engineering Scada system proficiency Additional Technical Skills - Strong troubleshooting skills - Root Cause Analysis - Key Process indicator development - dvanced Excel Skills Soft Skills Customer service Attention to detail Cross functional Collaboration
