• Ability to own products end-to-end.
• Strong roadmap development and product strategy experience.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
• CPQ or Product Configurator experience.
• CSPO certification preferred.
• SAFe experience or strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog and roadmap for CPQ and integration initiatives.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into solution designs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams.
• Define business processes, user journeys, and integration requirements.
• Partner with developers, architects, and implementation partners to deliver solutions.
• Drive stakeholder alignment and successful execution.

Required Experience

• 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, etc.
• Manufacturing experience, preferably with configurable or make-to-order products.
• ERP implementation experience in Order Management, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
• Experience leading enterprise integration projects.
• Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile delivery experience.
