We are looking for an entry to mid-level Recruiter to join our team in Richmond, Virginia in a Contract to permanent capacity. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving hiring environment and can manage recruitment activities from initial outreach through offer coordination. The position offers the opportunity to broaden responsibilities over time while helping the organization attract and engage talented professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment efforts for assigned openings, working with the Talent Acquisition Manager to oversee the process from candidate identification to final selection.

• Screen applicants, conduct initial evaluations, and present well-matched candidates for further consideration.

• Manage a high volume of requisitions while maintaining organization, responsiveness, and a positive candidate experience.

• Track recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system and keep records accurate, current, and audit-ready.

• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.

• 1-3 years of experience in recruiting across multiple stages of the hiring process is required.

• Experience recruiting for roles in the healthcare/medical field is a plus.

• Background in sourcing candidates through a variety of channels for corporate recruiting needs.

• Ability to support high-volume recruitment while balancing competing priorities and deadlines.

• Hands-on experience using an applicant tracking system to manage workflows and documentation.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

• Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

• Ability to assess candidate qualifications and recommend talent aligned with business needs.
