Work Environment

The selected Physical Therapist will work onsite within our modern rehabilitation facility, equipped with the latest therapeutic equipment and technology. Operating Monday through Friday, with flexible shifts available from 8 AM to 4 PM, 9 AM to 5 PM, or four 10-hour days, you will have a structured yet adaptable schedule that supports work-life balance. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and assessments to understand individual needs and capabilities.
• Develop and implement customized therapy protocols that effectively restore patient function and promote independence.
• Provide ongoing education to patients and their families about recovery processes and at-home care strategies.
• Engage in collaborative sessions with physical therapy assistants and other healthcare professionals to enhance treatment outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evidence and patient feedback.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population primarily includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, neurological conditions, and age-related degeneration. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Must possess a valid Florida Physical Therapist license.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
