Your expertise as a Registered Behavior Technician or Special Education Teacher will make a tangible impact on a classroom of 10 students, with robust interdisciplinary support from BCBA, SLP, OT/PT, and Psych/SW professionals.

Desired Qualifications:

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, or Special Education Teacher license required
• Minimum of one year classroom experience is essential
• Flexibility and teamwork are a must for this fast-paced, collaborative setting
• Must possess, or be in the process of obtaining, an active CDE license (required for consideration)
• Able to furnish proof of CDE license with your application

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support and structured interventions for students ages 11-14 in a self-contained classroom environment
• Collaborate with paraeducators, related service staff, and classroom mentors to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Collect, document, and communicate student progress and behavioral data as part of a dynamic support team
• Participate actively in team meetings, training, and ongoing program development to enhance student outcomes
