What you'll do

• Service a commercial book of business, building lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients, business owners, and senior executives
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and professional service to clients, producers, and vendors
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team and a strong office culture
• Manage multiple priorities efficiently, leveraging the agency's industry-leading technology and resources

What you bring

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an insurance office setting
• Active 2-20 or 4-40 Florida license
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office and a comfort with technology-driven workflows
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• A client-first mindset and a commitment to accuracy and professionalism
