Sr. Technical Developer/Instructor

The Sr. Technical Developer/Instructor will provide support by developing and updating the training curriculum. Responsibilities Development of Job Duty Task Analysis (JDTA) and Front End Analysis (FEA). Development of Simulation and Tactical and Operational scenarios. SME/Instructor support and training execution for the SSDS/Aegis courses as required. Requirements Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 6 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree. Familiarization with SSDS program and mission for SSDS position. Familiarization with Aegis Weapon System for the Aegis position. Familiarization with one or more of the following: TAO, AAWC Senior Warfare coordination, Combat System Operations and Communication. Active Secret security clearance. Equal Opportunity Employer.
