Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaboratively design and implement individualized treatment plans, regularly assessing and updating these plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Conduct intake assessments and psychosocial evaluations to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health and substance use history.
\n
• Provide ongoing therapeutic support via telehealth sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to the needs of each client.
\n
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to offer integrated care ensuring that all aspects of a client's well-being are addressed.

• Educate clients and their families about available mental health resources and facilitate access to additional support services as needed.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about current mental health trends, treatment methodologies, and regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with individuals in detoxification programs who are struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health issues. You will provide compassionate care to a diverse clientele, focusing on those who may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or other psychological challenges related to substance use. Your support will be vital in helping clients develop coping strategies, enhance their resilience, and achieve personal growth during their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, along with a valid LCSW license in the state of Nevada.
