We’re looking for a licensed customer service professional who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and being part of a winning team.

What You’ll Do

Help customers with policy changes, billing questions, and claims support
Explain coverage in a way people actually understand
Build strong customer relationships
Support our sales team so they can focus on growth
Deliver an experience that keeps customers coming back

What We’re Looking For

Active Property & Casualty License (or willing to get licensed)
Positive attitude
Strong communication skills
Organized and dependable
Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people
Bilingual Spanish speakers are highly encouraged to apply
