Gould Hospital seeks the full-time employment of an experienced, BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to guide our well-established, outpatient Primary Care practice in the charming community of Caribou, Maine. Geriatricians are also encouraged to apply. Position Highlights Hospital-employed position Call shared evenly among Primary Care physicians Exceptional leadership support at the local and system level 24/7 Hospitalist team available for all admissions Leadership and teaching opportunities, if desired Compensation Information $235,000 - $250,000 base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentives. The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position.
