Quality Assistant

Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a Light Industrial - Quality Assistant for one of our clients. Role: Quality Assistant Location: Richmond, VA Onsite Duration: 8 Months | Potential Full-Time Conversion Job Summary We are seeking a Quality Assistant to support incoming inspection, testing, measurement, and quality documentation for mechanical and electrical components. Key Responsibilities Perform incoming inspections and testing of mechanical and electrical parts. Use measurement and testing tools such as CMM, multimeters, and oscilloscopes . Prepare dimensional, inspection, and test reports. Identify, document, and segregate non-conforming materials. Support First Article Measurement Reports and SPC data collection. Investigate product defects and assist with root-cause analysis and corrective actions. Review supplier documentation and support Supplier Quality Engineers. Required Skills Quality Assurance, Inspection, and Measurement Tools experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook . Strong English communication skills. Basic computer skills. Ability to work with high-voltage products/components .
