Office Assistant
The Office of Wellness and Recreation is seeking a bright and energetic office assistant. This position will assist the Coordinator of Business Operations with daily functions including mail delivery across campus, coping and filing documents and distributing event flyers on campus. Also the student in this position will be utilized at open house and bear essentials events to promote the area of Wellness and Recreation.
Fill-in for staff as necessary as a Fitness Attendant or Member Services representative Present overview of areas within Wellness and Recreation at campus events Market operations to currently enrolled students Create promotional pieces for WRC
Must have a Federal Work Study award Must be in and maintain good academic standing for the duration of employment Must be currently enrolled in a minimum of 6 credit hours at Georgia Gwinnett College and be able to handle confidential information Must be in and maintain good standing with Georgia Gwinnett College for the duration of employment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Must be punctual and reliable
Advanced computer skills, the use of a fax machine, copier and printer
