Description

American Traveler is hiring a CT Technologist with 2+ years of experience in diagnostic and invasive CT imaging, including ED trauma and stroke cases.

Details

• Radiology/CT Scan department within a large hospital setting
• FRI-SUN schedule, 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM
• 26-week assignment
• Equipment includes GE Optima, 3 GE EVO units, GE Revolution, and Medrad Injectors
• EMR systems include Cerner RadNet and Philips PACS
• Possible weekend shifts and rotation to another shift
• Potential call of up to 12 hours per month
• Patient population includes pediatric, cardiac, neuro, MSK, body imaging, and invasive procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• ARRT (R) certification required
• License required if applicable
• Proficiency in all areas of CT imaging including diagnostic and invasive scans
• Experience with ED trauma and stroke imaging required
• GE equipment experience, invasive CT, cardiac imaging, and venipuncture skills preferred
• Must be a self-motivated team player able to work independently

Additional Information

• Perform a wide range of CT imaging procedures including neuro, MSK, body, cardiac, and pediatric imaging
• Black scrubs required
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
• First-time travelers will be considered
