Clinical Dietitian — Acute Care Nutrition Specialist

Kindred Hospital Northland seeks a registered Dietitian to lead nutrition care for long-term acute patients, assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating individualized diets in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team. The role includes education, menu oversight, quality monitoring, and participation in survey readiness.
