Senior Revenue Accountant

Job Overview Relativity is a leading legal data intelligence company that builds an AI‑powered, cloud platform to help users organize data, discover the truth, and act on it. The Senior Revenue Accountant will oversee revenue recognition, ensuring compliance with ASC 606, and support the monthly close, audits, and process improvement. The expected salary range for this role is $74,000 to $110,000. Responsibilities Review customer contracts and determine appropriate revenue recognition treatment under ASC 606, including documenting non‑standard terms. Own key components of the monthly and quarterly close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Partner with cross‑functional teams to provide revenue insights and support deal‑structuring decisions. Support external audits and ensure revenue‑related documentation and controls are buttoned up. Help scale and improve revenue systems, processes, and controls as the business grows. Participate in revenue accounting and quote‑to‑cash cycle special projects. Support cross‑department efforts and build relationships with teams including accounting, FP&A, sales, deal desk, and legal. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2+ years of experience in revenue accounting at a high‑growth technology company. Strong technical knowledge of ASC 606 for software and SaaS, including usage‑based contracts. Proficiency with revenue systems such as Workday Financials, NetSuite ARM, and Zuora Revenue. Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment and detail‑oriented.
