Job Description:

About the Role:


The Cookie Packer is responsible for efficiently and accurately placing cookies into clam-shell packages, ensuring proper presentation, minimizing waste, and maintaining a clean and stocked workstation. You will add value by performing the following duties including but not limited to:

• Pick up cookies from the conveyor and place them into clam-shell packages.
  
  

• Close packages and position them correctly on the take-away conveyor.
  
  

• Add cookies to lightweight clam-shell packages as needed (rework).
  
  

• Keep the workstation fully stocked with clamshells throughout the shift.
  
  

• Notify the Packing Lead of any product or packaging issues.
  
  

• Follow all GMP, food safety, food defense, and quality procedures.
  
  

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and hold a valid Food Handlers Permit.
  
  

Important Details:

• This is a full-time permanent role on 2nd shift, which operates from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday through Friday with some Saturdays.
• Pay Starting at $21.14/Hr.
  
  

About You:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
  
  

• Prior experience in a food manufacturing or similar production environment is preferred.
