Apply now!Forklift Operator Responsibilities:- Complete an inspection of the forklift at the beginning of each shift and turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs- Be proactive in the maintenance of equipment- Operate various vehicles for storage or removal of materials- Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: Production Data, Safety Data, and Quality Data- Able to read a tape measure with speed and accuracy- Track and record units of materials handledRequirements for Forklift Operator:- High School Diploma or GED preferred- Prior work experience in the corrugated industry preferred- Experience in manufacturing, packaging or other related fields- At least 3 years of experience with a sit-down forklift, pallet jack, forklift or other industrial vehicles- Strong work ethic- Excellent oral and written communication skillsIND012 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
