Center Manager

Job Location: 2950 NW Bucklin Hill Rd - Silverdale, WA 98383 Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.00 hourly. Full-time. Competitive salary + lucrative bonus structure. Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Job Summary As a Center Manager, you will oversee all aspects of daily operations at our European Wax Center location. You’ll be responsible for team leadership, sales performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen Qualifications 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background) Strong sales background preferred Proven ability to lead and motivate a team Established history of managing multiple direct reports Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills Sales‑driven with a focus on customer service excellence Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Growth mindset Understands the business of Revealing Beautiful Skin and can use KPIs to drive positive performance Puts the guest first, coaches associates to connect with guests, builds brand loyalty Self‑motivated, go‑getter, accountable, punctual, organized, reflects brand values Leads by example, encourages fact‑based solutions, celebrates others’ success Open and flexible schedule Effective written and verbal communication Ability to learn and operate a POS system Physical ability to climb, reach, bend, lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally Ability to stand and work on floor for extended periods (80% or more of shift) Benefits (subject to eligibility) Competitive base salary + monthly performance bonuses Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Generous benefits package, including 401k with match, health, vision, dental and more Discounts on waxing services and retail products Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive, empowering, and inclusive work environment Perks Daily Pay Employee Assistance Program Team Member Assistance Fund Culture Committee – Have fun while being the best!
