Job Description: Contentizer is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Hartford.CT team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, assisting them with shipping inquiries, tracking, and general support. Key Responsibilities * Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. * Track shipments and provide clients with accurate updates. * Create and manage service tickets, ensuring proper documentation of all customer interactions. * Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly. * Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and timely solutions. * Assist with billing questions, documentation, and order verification as needed. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or GED required. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Basic computer skills and comfort using customer service or CRM software. * Dependable, professional, and team-oriented.
