You'll answer incoming calls, respond to customer questions, schedule appointments, and ensure every interaction is handled with professionalism, accuracy, and genuine care.This is not a cold-calling or high-pressure sales position. Instead, you'll educate customers about available services, recommend appropriate solutions, and help them feel confident in choosing Alpine while creating a smooth and positive experience from beginning to end.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming customer calls and respond to service inquiriesSchedule appointments accurately and efficientlyEducate customers on available services and solutionsBuild rapport and provide an exceptional customer experienceMaintain detailed customer records and appointment informationWork closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communicationIdentify opportunities to provide additional value through consultative conversationsWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, communicates clearly, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates are organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude.Experience in customer service, scheduling, hospitality, retail, inside sales, call center operations, or administrative support is preferred but not required.
