Lead Residential & Multifamily Plumbing Technician - Starting at $36/hr

Smartland manages 1,400+ apartment homes across Greater Cleveland and is hiring a skilled Lead Plumbing Technician who takes pride in solving problems correctly the first time. If you value steady work, organized systems, and strong operational support, this is a long-term opportunity within a growing residential portfolio. You’ll work across multiple apartment communities, partner with experienced maintenance teams, and coordinate with our trusted sewer cleaning company on complex drain and sewer issues.
