Sprayer Operator (Production & Coatings) Bring Creativity to Life—From Foam to Finished Product

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Sprayer Operator to help turn raw Styrofoam blocks into high-quality, finished play elements. In this role, you’ll blend craftsmanship with technical skill—shaping, coating, and finishing unique sculpted products used in engaging environments.

If you enjoy working with your hands, operating equipment, and seeing a product come to life from start to finish , this could be the perfect fit.

• Transform Styrofoam blocks into custom shapes using tools, hot wire machines, and sculpting techniques
• Follow production drawings to ensure precise dimensions and details

• Produce accurate, high-detail replicas that meet specifications
• Prepare surfaces so they are fully ready for painting and finishing
• Ensure all products are defect-free and meet quality standards

• Set up and operate high-pressure spray equipment
• Apply urethane and other coatings to foam, fiberglass, and sculpted pieces
• Work with spray guns, mixers, rotisseries, and paint booths

• Clean and maintain tools and spray equipment
• Keep work areas organized, safe, and efficient
• Track labor time and materials used

• Assist with painting and coating maintenance tasks as needed
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including proper material handling

• Mechanical aptitude and comfort using hand/power tools
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Experience with spray equipment or coating applications
• Understanding of finishing processes and paint preparation

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle materials throughout the day
• Willingness to wear respirators and PPE
• Ability to complete a respirator medical evaluation

• Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (with occasional overtime)
• Production facility with industrial tools and spray equipment
• ️ Safety-focused environment requiring PPE and respirators
• Active role involving lifting, pushing, and moving materials

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Englewood, CO.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Englewood,CO.
