Assistant Dietary Manager - Care & Kitchen Leadership

Dyer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is looking for an Assistant Dietary Manager who will assist the Dietary Manager in directing and evaluating staff in the dietary department and overseeing daily operations. Responsibilities include managing food service employees, preparing meals, and working as a cook or dietary aide when needed.
