As our Roofing Estimator, no two days look the same - and that's exactly how you like it. You'll hit the road, meet homeowners, inspect properties, uncover needs, and bring energy to every conversation as you turn roofing challenges into clear, compelling solutions. You'll prospect, network, follow up, present estimates, negotiate, and close deals while building relationships that generate referrals and repeat business. You'll have the freedom to manage your territory and directly influence your income, backed by a team that helps keep the details moving. Annual Compensation: Training Pay, followed by commission only (uncapped earning potential) $100,000 - $300,000+

Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 2-years sales experience
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM such as Salesforce
