Business Analyst

Business Analyst - 1 Requirement analysis - Understand requirements from functional and mapping documents. Raise required clarification and questions prior to requirement baseline. Design - Finding appropriate solution as per the given requirements and identifying the best solutions that can be implemented. Unit Test execution - Includes running of the test scripts designed in the respective data environment and comparing the Target database with the Source to ensure the data transformation is working as per the requirement. Fixing Data Issues - it is important that there should be a strategy to identify the error and fix them for the next run on the data issue identified. Implementation-The ideal solution after the unit testing will be given to quality assurance team. Make sure peer reviews are happened before each deliverables. Individual contribution in design implementation and coordination with onsite team. Excellent client handling skills and good communication skills
