We provide industry-leading physical, occupational, and hand therapy clinics in Kansas and Missouri and have served communities for 20 years. Salary $75,000 - $90,000 depending on experience. New Grads Welcome to Apply. Responsibilities Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluation results. Review physician referrals and patient medical records to determine required physical therapy treatment. Provide direct patient care according to established protocols and guidelines. Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers. Coordinate care with assistants and rehabilitation technicians. Complete a written plan of care, set goals based on evaluations, and develop a comprehensive program to achieve them. Implement treatment programs and provide essential physical therapy treatments. Communicate effectively with patients, caregivers, colleagues, physicians, and insurance companies. Ensure timely documentation, including daily notes, progress reports, initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and incident reports. Qualifications Graduate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. Current Missouri state license and CPR certification. Ability to work efficiently in an autonomous environment.
