This position will play a central role in our growth strategy by helping to evaluate, execute, and integrate acquisitions, and manage strategic messaging to our investors. Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Development, our new team member will be an active participant in defining the future of our company by helping drive all facets of the M&A and capital raising process, as well as a broad array of corporate-level activities, including new business line analysis, forecasting, planning, project management, and process design and implementation. Strong financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills. Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and corporate finance concepts. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with business intelligence platforms, database tools, AI applications, or other data management and analytics systems is preferred. Knowledge of valuation methodologies and financial analysis techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively. Demonstrated strong work ethic, exceptional organizational skills, intellectual curiosity, and meticulous attention to detail. Self-motivated, eager to learn, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
