Now Hiring: Experienced Journeyman Electricians & Electrical Apprentices

We are seeking dependable, skilled, and professional Journeyman Electricians and Electrical Apprentices with a background in electrical service and maintenance to join our growing team. Must have service background in commercial work.

The ideal candidate understands the unique demands of servicing apartment communities and is committed to providing high-quality workmanship, timely service, and professional customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical service, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance in multifamily properties
• Diagnose electrical issues and identify the appropriate repair solutions
• Troubleshoot circuits, breakers, outlets, switches, lighting, and other electrical components
• Complete electrical installations, replacements, and upgrades as needed
• Respond to service requests and complete work orders efficiently and accurately
• Communicate professionally with property managers, maintenance teams, residents, and customers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all applicable electrical codes, safety requirements, and company procedures
• Properly document completed work, materials used, and additional repairs recommended
• Work independently while maintaining strong communication with the team and management

Qualifications

Journeyman Electrician:

• Proven experience in electrical service, preferably within the multifamily industry
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Working knowledge of electrical codes and safe work practices
• Ability to independently complete service calls and repairs

Electrical Apprentice:

• Previous electrical, maintenance, construction, or multifamily experience preferred
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and tools
• Willingness to learn, develop skills, and advance within the trade
• Ability to follow direction and work safely and professionally

All Candidates:

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work in occupied apartment communities and interact respectfully with residents
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
