Sr. Commercial Operations Analyst, Compensation

Additional location(s): US-MA-Marlborough About the role We are seeking a highly motivated, take‑charge individual with a strong work ethic to join our Commercial Strategy & Excellence team. In this position, you will play a key role for the Endoscopy CSE team with responsibilities including analytical and reporting needs, forecasting, contract operations, pricing strategy, and compensation execution. This dynamic role shapes the direction of the department and the wider Endoscopy division. You will frequently collaborate cross‑functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, and Compliance. Your responsibilities Participate in Sales compensation strategy and planning Execute month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end commissions, bonuses, and awards to the field sales organization. Track and report on Key Performance Indicators related to specific business functions. Utilize available reporting tools and technology to deliver intuitive analyses to the field. Lead process improvement initiatives for the CSE team. Partner on cross‑functional strategic projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. At least 4 years of experience in a Sales or Financial Analyst role. Proven analytical and problem‑solving experience. Strong back‑office application skills, including expert level Excel and MS Access. Knowledge of programming using SQL, VBA, and other languages is a plus. Ability to balance multiple priorities against strict deadlines while maintaining high accuracy, attention to detail, and customer service. Excellent interpersonal, writing, and verbal communication skills to work with individuals at all levels. Organizational skills and ability to handle highly confidential work. Desire to work in a high‑paced collaborative, team‑oriented environment. Ability to travel up to 10%.
