Job Summary
Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population, including med-surg, ICU, and orthopedic cases.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.

Document patient progress and outcomes using the Cerner EMR system.

Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as required.

Offer therapy to ventilated patients in the ICU as necessary.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility guidelines during patient care.

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license with at least 2 years of acute care experience.

Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.

Proficient with the Cerner EMR system.

Experience with orthopedic and total joint cases, as well as ICU and ventilated patients.

Ability to work independently and hit the ground running with minimal orientation.

COVID-19 vaccination required.
