CNA Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated CNA Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team of compassionate professionals. At La Bella, we pride ourselves on fostering a sense of family and promoting health and wellness for every individual under our care. As a CNA Certified Nursing Assistant , you will play a vital role in delivering superior, person-centered care programs designed to exceed expectations and maximize positive clinical outcomes.
About the Role:
Provide technical skills required of a Certified Nursing Assistant, including but not limited to:
Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitoring and reporting changes in a resident's condition to the nursing team
Maintaining resident confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
Participating in care planning and implementing individualized care programs
Relate positively and favorably to our residents and guests, promoting a warm and welcoming environment
Work successfully in a team environment, communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors
Demonstrate reliability, dedication, courtesy, and compassion in all interactions with residents, families, and colleagues
Requirements:
ACTIVE CNA Certification
12-Hour Shifts Available, ensuring flexibility and work-life balance
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing exceptional patient care and serving as an ambassador of La Bella
