Overview BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst - FS/AZ. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work in our Arizona office, with remote or hybrid options available. About the Role As a BCBA, you will plan, develop, and monitor effective treatment programs for children with autism spectrum disorder using evidence-based methods. You will collaborate with families, treatment teams, and other agencies to improve communication, social, and behavioral outcomes for our clients. Your work will directly impact the lives of individuals with autism and their families. Responsibilities Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and conduct training and coaching Collaborate with families and treatment teams to implement treatment plans Provide parent training and support families in accessing community resources Conduct supervision in client's home and through telehealth Requirements Must be certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Must have completed the 8-hour supervisor training through BACB Ability to maintain fingerprint clearance card, CPR, and First Aid certification Must hold a valid driver's license and maintain proper current insurance Bilingual a plus Benefits Competitive salary: $90 - $100 hourly Benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, disability and life insurance, 401k, and paid time off Continuing education reimbursement Bi-weekly BCBA trainings focused on clinical growth Professional development assistance About GreenLight ABA At GreenLight ABA, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, individualized services to individuals with autism spectrum disorder.
