About the Stylist Role (Full-Time)

As a full-time Stylist, you serve as an expert on Hive & Colony’s style, design, quality, and service. You are a trusted advisor for our innovative and modern company, focused on providing exceptional customer service while supporting overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct precise measurements for custom fittings.

- Drive business by meeting revenue expectations and personal sales goals.

- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to grooming guidelines.

- Complete all stylist training on product knowledge and technology.

- Enhance the client experience by acting as a brand advocate, building relationships, and communicating promotional events.

- Provide personalized service through detailed product knowledge, link selling, and following up on recent purchases.

- Support the team by offering assistance and maintaining a clean environment to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

- Friendly and outgoing personality.

- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Ability to problem-solve as issues arise.

- Minimum of one year of retail experience.
