Journeyman Industrial Electrician

Pay: $30+/hr DOE | 1st Shift + Overtime Opportunities

What You'll Do

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial electrical systems and equipment.
Diagnose electrical issues involving PLCs, motors, VFDs, MCCs, control panels, and transformers.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Install and terminate conduit, cable trays, wiring, and instrumentation.
Test and troubleshoot electrical systems using meters, meggers, and other diagnostic tools.
Support equipment startups, shutdowns, and commissioning activities.
Follow OSHA, NFPA 70E, NEC, and company safety requirements.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and work with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to resolve equipment issues.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED.
3+ years of industrial electrical experience.
Journeyman Electrician license preferred, where applicable.
Knowledge of industrial electrical systems up to 480V.
Experience troubleshooting PLCs, including Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens.
Strong knowledge of motor controls, VFDs, MCCs, and electrical distribution systems.
Ability to read electrical prints and schematics.
Strong problem-solving skills and commitment to workplace safety.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms.
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, or emergency call-outs as needed.

• Preferred Experience

Industrial automation and instrumentation.
Arc flash awareness and NFPA 70E training.
Experience in manufacturing, steel, chemical, automotive, or construction environments.
