Surgery - General Physician

We are seeking a skilled Locums Cardiothoracic SurgeryPhysician to provide surgical and inpatient care in Richmond, Indiana. This assignment offers abalanced mix of surgical, office, and inpatient responsibilities, making it anideal opportunity for an experienced physician.

The schedule includes surgical procedures in the morning,followed by office consultations and post-operative follow-ups in theafternoon. You will also oversee post-operative patients in the ICU, with anaverage census of 2-5 patients admitted at a time. Emergency coverage will berequired as needed, along with inpatient and ER call duties. There are nooutpatient office call responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery.
• Active Indiana State Medical License required.
• Board Certified in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
• Certifications:
• TAVR (Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement) experience is mandatory.
• BLS (AHA-issued) certification.
• Vaccination Requirements:

o Fluvaccine (medical or religious exemptions accepted).

o COVID-19vaccine (medical or religious exemptions accepted).
