Warehouse Supervisor

Outbound Warehouse SupervisorWe are seeking a hands-on Outbound Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily execution in a fast-paced, perishable eCommerce fulfillment operation. This is a working supervisor role responsible for both leading the team and actively supporting outbound operations to ensure accurate, on-time shipping and high productivity.Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Outbound ExecutionLead and support daily shipping operations including pick, pack, and kittingEnsure all orders (DTC, wholesale, and corporate) are accurate and shipped on timeOversee FedEx trailer schedules and coordinate timely loading and dispatchManage trucking execution and ensure proper handoff and deliveriesLabor & Throughput ManagementDrive labor productivity and throughput to meet daily volume targetsAdjust staffing and workflows in real-time to maintain efficiencyMonitor and manage timekeeping, labor tracking, and time clock adjustmentsQuality & Food Safety (SQF)Execute and enforce SQF programs and food safety standardsEnsure daily logging, tracking, and compliance documentation is completed accuratelyTrain team members on proper handling of perishable products and safety protocolsTeam Leadership & DevelopmentSupervise, coach, and develop warehouse associates, leads, and specialistsSupport onboarding and training, including equipment and forklift certificationsAct as a floor leader, stepping in wherever needed to keep operations runningEquipment & SafetyOversee proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and forkliftsEnsure all team members are trained, certified, and operating safelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentQualifications3–5+ years of warehouse leadership experience (eCommerce or perishable preferred)Proven ability to manage high-volume outbound operationsStrong understanding of shipping systems, carrier coordination, and fulfillment workflowsExperience with food safety (SQF or similar) strongly preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English and Spanish (required)Hands-on leadership style with ability to work in a physically active environmentWhat We're Looking ForA doer + leader who isn't afraid to jump inSomeone who can run the floor, not just manage itA problem-solver who keeps operations moving under pressureSomeone who is organized and communicates clearly and timelyEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
