Fondy Powersports is seeking a motivated and eager Service Technician Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Fond du Lac, WI. In this role, you will receive hands-on training and develop the technical skills necessary to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of powersports vehicles. This apprenticeship is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities- Assist experienced technicians with routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on powersports vehicles.
- Learn to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Communicate effectively with the service team and customers regarding vehicle status and service timelines.
- Complete training modules and on-the-job learning assignments to enhance technical proficiency.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and a strong willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to follow instructions and work safely within a workshop environment.
- Passion for powersports and vehicle maintenance is a plus.
- Hands-on training with experienced professionals.
