ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2011 and currently lead a close-knit team of three. I’ve spent 33 years with State Farm, with experience in both agency and management before returning to agency ownership. I’m a graduate of Olivet and earned my master’s degree from Indiana University. Outside of work, my husband and I enjoy riding motorcycles and are involved with the Priesthood Motorcycle Ministry. I’m also a big Seahawks and Cincinnati Reds fan.

Giving back is important to our agency. We participate in Norwood Day and stay involved with local organizations that support children and families in need.

As a Customer Service Representative with Jane Chitwood - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance business. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agent team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. 
• Answer customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Dedicated to customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
