Internal Medicine Physician

Mission Heritage Medical Group is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join their esteemed clinic located in Mission Viejo, California. Position Details:

• Full-time position with Monday to Friday schedule; 4.5-day work week with flexibility in daily schedule and protected lunch/charting time
  
• Manageable call schedule with nursing support for triage
  
• Collaborative team of experienced physicians & APPs, as well as access to a comprehensive network of specialists
  
• Support for EMR tasks during vacation/time off
  
• Well trained, efficient support staff and dedicated on-site clinic manager
  
• Loyal patient base and excellent group support for building a thriving practice
  
• Use of EPIC electronic health record
  

Compensation & Benefits:

• Compensation is between $265,000 and $356,553 per year
  
• Eligibility for loan forgiveness to support financial well-being
  

The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must be board-certified/eligible in Internal Medicine (MD/DO)
  
• Be licensed in the State of California
  
• Strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
  
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
