Youth Center Resident Advisor Trainee

The State of Maryland is seeking passionate individuals for the role of DJS Resident Advisor Trainee. In this position, you will supervise and guide youth in a DJS-operated facility, assist them with everyday skills, and provide conflict de-escalation. Regular shifts may include evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and an associate’s degree in a related field is preferred.
