Job Description

As a Machine Operator, you will have a big impact on producing high-quality parts and meeting company goals. You'll operate machines based on work orders, inspect parts for defects, and maintain a safe, clean workspace while troubleshooting machine malfunctions. 

Responsibilities:

• Load raw materials, parts, or components into machinery.
• Watch equipment closely to spot operational errors or flaws.
• Separate defective items from approved, high-quality products.
• Check parts to ensure machine-related mistakes or flaws do not exist.
• Perform cleaning and basic maintenance of work areas and the machines.
• Report equipment malfunctions to supervisors or maintenance teams.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prior manufacturing experience a plus
• Manual Dexterity
• Basic reading skills
• Attention to detail & problem solving skills
• Basic mechanical & computer operations
• Must be able to pass pre-employment criminal background and drug screen

If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as individual skills, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth.
