Job Title: Senior Composite Technician (10+ Years Experience) Location: Perkasie, PA Company: Carson Helicopters, Inc. Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Composite Technician with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience to support advanced composite manufacturing and prototyping efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment and has deep expertise in both wet layup and prepreg composite processes. Experience in regulated industries such as aerospace or aviation is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities:

- Execute composite fabrication processes including wet layup, vacuum bagging, and prepreg layups
- Interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and laminate schedules
- Support prototype development, tooling, and first article builds
- Perform trimming, bonding, and finishing operations to tight tolerances
- Assist engineering teams in process development and optimization
- Maintain quality standards consistent with regulated industry requirements
- Document work and ensure traceability where required
- Minimum 10 years of experience in composite fabrication
- Strong experience with both wet layup and prepreg systems
- Demonstrated experience in prototyping or low-rate initial production environments
- Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with vacuum bagging techniques and curing processes (oven/autoclave preferred)
- High attention to detail and workmanship standards
- Experience in aerospace, aviation, or other regulated industries (FAA, ISO, etc.)
- Familiarity with structural composite repairs and inspection techniques
- Experience working with large or complex composite structures
- Knowledge of material systems (epoxies, resins, core materials such as foam/honeycomb)
- Experience with tooling fabrication and mold making
- Hands-on manufacturing environment with advanced composite materials and processes
- Collaboration with engineering and production teams on cutting-edge projects
